These individual properties are stylish, comfortable, well appointed and have their own outside space, either a spacious balcony or a secluded garden for relaxing and enjoying a BBQ – the Barns at Neatishead even have their own Hot Tubs!
From a cosy two bedroomed cottage for couples and small families to our largest Barn with seven bedrooms, we can accommodate groups of all sizes; Beech & Willow Barn can be booked together to sleep up to 18 guests, with Alderfen on the same site able to sleep up to 14.

You can make your Norfolk Broads holiday as relaxing or exciting as you like with something for all the family. With the historical city of Norwich or the seaside town of Great Yarmouth, canoeing or cycling, rambling walks, birdwatching and nature trails there is something for everyone. We can even help you with booking day boats or even a half decker yacht if you fancy trying your hand at sailing.

Beech Barn – Cosy, bright and elegantly furnished throughout, Beech Barn offers the quintessential getaway to the Norfolk Broads and countryside for a family of six. The contemporary design and stylish interiors, make it hard to believe that this property dates back to the 1700s.
Willow Barn – A 17th century property that incorporates a contemporary design, whilst still retaining its homely atmosphere. A luxury barn conversion that sleeps 12 people in comfort offers the chance for the whole family to spend time together or for groups of friends to catch up and unwind in a spacious environment.
Heigham View – A unique property, on the waters edge with amazing views over the River Thurne from the spacious first floor balcony – a great spot for watching the local bird and wildlife. This modern building boasts a games room with full size snooker and table tennis tables and spacious accommodation for larger groups.
Ferry Cottage – Enjoying a waters edge location, this holiday cottage has beautiful views over the River Thurne and a National Trust wildlife reserve. The accommodation is modern, light, and spacious with open plan living – french doors open to give direct access to the river.
Alderfen Barn – Brand new for the summer 2020 season this beautiful Barn in the Broadland village of Neatishead offers accommodation for up to 14 people in 7 en-suite bedrooms. The large enclosed garden has plenty of space for guests to enjoy al-fresco dining or the to relax in the private hot tub.
